| Almost every corporate mission statement
heralds it, CEOs search for it, yet most companies today
seem
to be missing the spark of creativity that is the foundation
for growth and productivity. The ThinkWorkPlay TeamBuilding
Experience offers business leaders an opportunity to bring
their teams to an environment where creativity and teamwork
will flourish. This workshop gives team members a new perspective
from which to view themselves and their team. |

| “The Freeze-Framer software gives golfers
the ability to identify when their heart is racing and do
something about it. It gives them techniques to control themselves
while under pressure and in tense situations so they can
use those situations to their best advantage, both athletically
and in life.” |

| ThinkWorkPlay TeamBuilding (CGTB) |
|
The ThinkWorkPlay TeamBuilding ("CGTB") day
is a program that uses golf as a tool for team building.
This is not a traditional golf game, but a creative and
highly experiential approach to golf that will challenge
you to think more creatively. Our kickoff exercises and
teambuilding program are centered around this focus, preparing
you for a day of new perspectives and insights.
Our goal is to have your team think differently,
work differently and play differently. All attendees
have a common experience, even as they are broken down
into smaller threesomes and foursomes playing the course.
The exercise provides a common context for later discussion
and learning.
Why The ThinkWorkPlay TeamBuilding Day?
The challenge many organizations face today when they
are building and developing teams lies in the area of creating
a foundation of trust among team members. The ThinkWorkPlay TeamBuilding day is a highly effective way
to build and foster trust in the workplace. Placing individuals
in an unfamiliar environment (even within the familiar
space of a golf course) allows them to be vulnerable
within a group, resulting in all areas of personal development
and growth.
| "What a great
experience! It enhanced the bonds of an already close-knit
team of co-workers, gave us all a new perspective on
how to achieve to the limit of our individual and collective
capacities, and improved our golf swings. What more
could one want or expect?" |

| "2006 was
a great year for us. The time we spent with you helped
us visualize our direction and have the confidence
to move forward. My leadership team delivered great
results that enabled the department to meet some challenging
goals. We even used the tools and skills you taught
us to help us develop our 2007 business plan." |
